Founder of Terra Wellness PT | Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Dr. Liz Simons is a manual-based physical therapist who takes a functional, integrative approach to healing, treating the whole body with a focus on identifying soft tissue restrictions and movement dysfunction. Her work is grounded in the belief that healing is most effective when we consider the full person: body, mind, and movement.

In every session, Liz empowers her patients — men, women, and people of all ages — to become active participants in their healing. She combines hands-on manual therapy with movement education and nervous system-informed care, and is continually inspired by how even small changes can lead to meaningful, lasting transformation.

For Liz, the heart of her work is in connecting with people and helping them feel more at home in their bodies.

Liz has advanced training in visceral manipulation through the Barral Institute, allowing her to address internal fascial, ligamentous, and organ-related restrictions that may be impacting the body’s natural balance and function. Through gentle, hands-on techniques, she works to restore mobility, reduce pain, and support long-term wellness.
